How do I list my property for rent?
It's easy. Just go to the 'List Your Rental' tab at the top of the page and you will be guided through a few pages for you to fill out to register and list all the details of your property for rent.
Is there a charge for landlords?
No. We want to bring our renters the very best in complete listings of rentals available in the Georgia, so there is never any charge for landlords to list. All we ask is that you keep your listings up to date as described below.
What happens when my property gets rented?
In order to avoid phone calls from prospective renters, please log back on to your listing, click 'Manage My Listing' and then deactivate your listing for the time being. Your listing can stay in the system (unless you delete it) and you can log back on to activate it when the unit becomes available once again. Think of it like a 'Vacancy/No Vacancy' sign at a hotel. Use it when you have rentals, turn it off when you dont.
As a renter, is there a fee to rent properties?
The only fee you pay to us is the nominal fee to access our compiled listings. Sometimes you may encounter 'broker listings' and there may be fees associated with some brokers. Although we require brokers listings to be identified as such, it is wise to ask if there is a broker's fee when inquiring about the property. Different regions have different practices.
